We follow the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018, keeping high standards of safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times.

Meet the Team
Charlie - Founder & License Holder
Charlie has loved dogs since they were tiny—just 2 or 3 years old, happily toddling after any wagging tail they could find. That early love never faded. Over the years, Charlie built a career dedicated to animal care, earning a BSc in Zoo Management and gaining hands‑on experience as a zoo keeper, animal trainer, animal management tutor, dog walker, and a fully canine first aid trained carer. Calm, patient, and deeply devoted to dogs, Charlie creates a peaceful, predictable environment where every dog feels safe, understood, and genuinely loved.
Zach – Assistant Carer
Gentle, steady, and naturally calming, Zach helps keep the home running smoothly. They support walks, feeding, enrichment, and supervision whenever they’re available, offering a warm presence that dogs instantly relax around. Their quiet understanding of canine body language makes them a reassuring part of the team.
Red – Resident German Shepherd
Red is the friendly “referee” of the household. Calm, low‑energy, and wonderfully tolerant, she loves to supervise play and make sure everyone’s being polite. Her steady temperament helps visiting dogs settle quickly, and her gentle confidence brings a sense of balance to the home. Many dogs take comfort from her calm presence the moment they arrive.
